Maan Garh :  Maan means anger. This place located on the top of the Brahmagiri Parvat at Barsana, marks the Maan pastime of Sri Radharani. According to the pastime legend, once Sri Radharani was waiting for the arrival of Krishna. But Krishna was too late. Soon, Radharani’s pet parrot arrived and told her about Krishna’s meeting with a gopi called Chandrawali, which was the reason for his late arrival. That’s why she got angry and performed maan.
Maangarh is a special place in Braj. Here Shyamsundar had pacified an angry mood Radha rani.

RadhaRani Mahal : On top of one of the hills of Barsana, is the Shriji’s Temple, which is where the original Radha Krishna Deities of Barsana reside. Shriji is the locally known name of Radha Rani. According to the Varah and Padma Puranas, Brahma pleased Shri Krishna at the end of Satya Yug by performing arduous worship. Pleased with Brahma, Shri Hari instructed him, “Go to Brsabhanupura and take the form of a hill there. In that form you will be able to behold all Our sweet pastimes.” On top of Brahma-parvat is a temple of Shri Laadli Laal. This temple is said to have been actually established by king Vajranabh 5000 years ago. He was the great grandson of Shri Krishna and the grandson of Pradyumna. But with the courses of time the deities were lost.

Mor Kuti : Mor Kuti is situated just after the upper segment of Daan-garh near Gehvar Van, Barsana. Various divine pastimes were performed here. According to the pastime legend, Once Radharani performed Maan Leela at Maangarh which is just opposite to Morkuti. Krishna tried to break Shri Radha’s ‘maan’ in many ways but he failed. Failing to soothe Shri Radha’s Maan, Ultimately, Shri Krishn performed a dance Leela by dressing himself as a peacock to please Shri Radha Rani and Shri Radharani broke her ‘maan’. Getting attracted with this wonderful peacock, Shri Radha started telling that- oh peacock! My beloved is also performing such dances. Hearing this, Shri Krishn leaving his peacock form told – “I am only yours beloved”. And both got ecstatic and got divine union and both too performed peacock-dance.

Gehvar Van : Gehvar van is located in Barsana. This place is very dear to Shri Kishori Radha. The place is called Nitya Vihar, which means that Radha Krishna are always together here and there is no moment of separation here. This forest is very significant because this is the only forest in Braj which is decorated and created by Shri Radha Rani’s own hands. It is the secluded vihar site of madhur leelas of Thakur Ji and Radha Rani and they forget everything.

These 8 daughters are the main Sakhi's (friends) in Radharani's innumerable Sakhis, 1. Lalita Ji 2. Vishakha Ji 3. Chitra Ji 4. Champaklata Ji 5. Tungvidya Ji 6. Indulekha Ji 7. Rangadevi Ji 8. Kirti Mata (Rangeeli Mahal)

Shri Radha ji the daughter of Brisbhan Ji we had the chantings and the prosody coming to the ears all around Radhe Krishna. The very first sight of the temple captured my eyes and my heart throbbed for my dedication to Krishna and Radha and I could not stop uttering myself hare Krishna Hare Radha. The temple in itself with the grand scale of architecture and the magnificent rock cut carvings done out of pale and buff colored sandstone captivated my heart and I was immersed in deep devotion as it is commonly said ‘a thing of beauty is a joy forever’. Visiting inside the sanctum I found the statue of baby Radha sitting in the lap of her mother which is the only kind of statue in the world.

Prem Sarovar

It is located around 800m from Barsana and the lake came into existence with a teardrop of Sri Radha and Krishna. Prem Sarovar: It is located around 800m from Barsana and the lake came into existence with a teardrop of Sri Radha and Krishna. They were together and yet feeling intense separation from each other. Tears started coming from Their eyes, and when the parrots started chanting their names, "Radha, Krishna" that they regained their consciousness, and tears came out of their eyes. That's how Prem Sarovar was formed.

Visiting Vrindavan was a life-changing experience for me. The town is a treasure trove of ancient temples and sacred sites associated with Lord Krishna. I was in awe as I explored the famous Banke Bihari Temple, where devotees gather to catch a glimpse of the deity. The Radha Raman Temple was equally captivating, with its exquisite architecture and soothing chants.

My visit to Vrindavan was an enchanting and spiritual experience. The town is steeped in Hindu mythology and is considered one of the holiest places in India. As I walked through the narrow lanes, I could feel a sense of serenity and devotion in the air. The temples were magnificent, adorned with intricate carvings and vibrant colors. Witnessing the evening aarti (prayer ceremony) on the banks of the Yamuna River was truly mesmerizing.

Vrindavan is a hidden gem that transports you to a different world altogether. From the moment I entered the town, I was surrounded by the divine aura and the rhythmic chants of 'Hare Krishna.' The temples were stunning, each with its own unique charm. The ISKCON temple, in particular, left me awe-struck with its grandeur and the melodious kirtans (devotional songs) that filled the air
